OnSKILL collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and professional background when you register. We also collect performance data from assessments and mock tests you take on our platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to provide and improve our certification preparation services, personalise your learning experience through Walkways and Xone, process payments securely via Razorpay, and send you relevant platform updates.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Assessment data is stored in our PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon. Payment information is handled entirely by Razorpay and is never stored on OnSKILL servers.
4. Third-Party Services
OnSKILL integrates with the following third-party services: Razorpay (payments), AWS S3 (file storage), and AI providers for assessment analysis. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy.
5. Cookies
We use cookies for authentication (refresh tokens) and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
