By accessing or using OnSKILL.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
OnSKILL provides certification exam preparation services including mock tests, AI interview simulation (Xone), and career roadmaps (Walkways). You may use the platform only for lawful, personal educational purposes.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Purchases and Refunds
Assessment purchases are one-time payments processed via Razorpay. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the assessment has not been started. Contact support for refund requests.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on OnSKILL, including assessment questions, roadmaps, and AI-generated content, is the intellectual property of OnSKILL. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
OnSKILL provides exam preparation resources to improve your chances of certification success but does not guarantee specific exam outcomes. Results depend on individual effort and preparation.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.
